Project: iQube Othene – Terneuzen
16 luxury detached homes
TechniCo is proud to be involved in the development of several new-build projects in the Othene district of Terneuzen. One of these projects includes the construction of 16 luxury detached homes, where quality and comfort take center stage.
For this project, TechniCo was responsible for the complete mechanical installation. With a focus on sustainability, a ground source heat pump system was chosen — an energy-efficient solution that promotes both comfortable and environmentally friendly living.
