De Moestuinen is a sustainable apartment complex in Sas van Gent, consisting of thirteen energy-efficient and future-proof apartments. Each unit is delivered turnkey, fully finished, and equipped with a modern kitchen and high-quality bathroom.
The gas-free complex features a heat pump and underfloor heating for optimal comfort and energy efficiency. TechniCo is responsible for all mechanical installations on this project.
