New-Build Pekaar Plastics – Goes
For Pekaar Plastics in Goes, TechniCo handled all mechanical installations for the new company building, including warehouse and office spaces.
The installation is fully sustainable, comfortable, and gas-free. LG Monobloc heat pumps in cascade, combined with underfloor heating and weather-dependent control, provide energy-efficient heating up to 65°C without additional electric support. Offices are cooled using four-way cassettes, ensuring optimal comfort even during warm periods.
All components, including heat pumps, underfloor heating, pumps, manifolds, and controls, were supplied and installed in cooperation with Centercon, resulting in a sustainable, comfortable, and gas-free total solution for Pekaar Plastics.
