Project: 20 lifetime homes – Strandplevier, Othene Terneuzen
In the new residential area of Othene in Terneuzen, the Strandplevier project has been completed: 20 modern lifetime homes, thoughtfully designed to ensure comfortable living — both now and in the future.
For this project, Technico was responsible for the sustainable installation work. A air-to-air heat pump system was chosen — an energy-efficient and effective solution that provides both heating and cooling, fully tailored to the residents’ needs.
